Ogden Street Flats, a Generation Development project, is a 29-unit, luxury condominium building at 1300 N. Ogden Street in Denver, Colorado. The project integrated the existing 1930’s auto shop with the new structure. Ogden Street Flats features a 5-story luxury podium structure mixing one, two, and three bedroom for-sale condominiums. The largest unit is 2,400 square feet.
