Zach as President and co-founder Bristlecone Construction Corporation is responsible for both the strategic direction of the business and client relationships. He has been working in the commercial construction industry for over 15 years and has continually has taken the lead on some of the most complicated projects in Colorado including Denver Union Station while with Milender White. Zach has performed every position on a project team from field engineer, superintendent, to project manager on projects ranging from $500k to $55m.
He has also worked extensively in estimating and preconstruction with both the ownership and the design firms ensuring that trend log pricing, constructability reviews and design feedback happen real time so effective decisions can be made. In between his time at Milender White he was a General Manager for a civil contractor performing some of the biggest projects in Vail CO where he gained knowledge both of running a business and a dedication to selfwork and craft personnel.
In 2010 Zach founded Bristlecone Developments which has purchased, redeveloped and sold over $3.5m of residential / multifamily properties. Zach has now started Bristlecone Construction Corporation and although he is the president he is actively involved on key projects for Bristlecone. Zach received his degree in Construction Management from Colorado State University.
