Seattle-based Unico Properties recently developed this mixed-use project near Platte Street and the Highland Bridge. The four-story, 90,000 square foot building includes retail, office and parking.

Bristlecone Structures completed installation of reinforcing steel for the concrete structure as well as labor only to place and finish 173,000 square feet of concrete topping slabs and slabs on grade.

Swinerton Builders was the General Contractor for the project.
