As the General Contractor for his project, Bristlecone Construction will renovate the existing 220-unit, 226-bed Cavalier Apartments in Boulder, Colorado and add another 96-beds.

The project cost is estimated at $9m and includes an extensive site package in addition to the renovation and a resort style club house and pool. This project is the latest development partnership with Brickstone Partners, Studio Architecture and Bristlecone Construction.
