This project will develop 56 modern, energy efficient townhomes minutes from the heart of downtown Littleton. The floor plans at Platte 56 are custom. Tenants can choose how many square feet, bedrooms and bathrooms their unit has.

Humboldt Condos is a new multi-family project in City Park West. It features two 5-story buildings totaling 100 units. The units are considered micro units (approx. 325 sf each) designed for high efficiency living and maximize living space. The new building also includes 2,400 sf of ground floor retail and restaurant space. 

Bristlecone Construction’s framing division completed 40,000 sf framing in addition to siding, Tyvek and windows.

Alliance Construction Solutions developed the new permanent housing community in Capitol Hill. The six-story project will have 50-units to house homeless individuals. The new building houses a manager’s apartment, laundry facilities, a dining room and computer lab.

Bristlecone Structures provided turn-key concrete construction of a 1-level podium approx. 11,000 square foot building footprint for a new multi-family development.

Alliance Construction Solutions was the General Contractor for the project.

The Element Hotel will be located in the Golden Triangle district near the Denver Justice Center’s  parking Garage and will feature 157 extended stay guest rooms within the seven-story building. The building will house a fitness center, conference room, bar/lounge, outdoor patio and parking garage entrance on the first floor. The top floor will also have an outdoor terrace and conference center. The hotel will be completed in late 2018.

Bristlecone Structures provided turnkey concrete construction of a 2-level podium approximately 26,000 square foot building footprint for a new hotel.

The Beck Group is the General Contractor and architect for the project.

The renovation and expansion of the existing hospital in Thornton, CO has greatly improved the patient experience.The lobby, corridors and medical rooms were renovated to make the hospital more functional.

Bristlecone Structures provided turnkey concrete construction of an 18,500 square foot, one-level podium as part of an expansion project to the existing hospital.

Seattle-based Unico Properties recently developed this mixed-use project near Platte Street and the Highland Bridge. The four-story, 90,000 square foot building includes retail, office and parking.

Bristlecone Structures completed installation of reinforcing steel for the concrete structure as well as labor only to place and finish 173,000 square feet of concrete topping slabs and slabs on grade.

Swinerton Builders was the General Contractor for the project.

Rocky Mountain Communities and The Delores Project are teaming up on a two-building project called Arroyo Village. The project will feature 130 low-income apartment units near the Knox Light Rail Station. The total cost of the project is set for $18m and will replace two existing low-income and temporary housing complexes. A portion of the building will be used as a women’s shelter.

Bristlecone Structures will complete the $2.3m concrete package for the project. Bristlecone’s scope of work includes a 40,000 footprint with iso-footings and a PT Podium.

I-Kota is the General Contractor for the project.

The Catalyst Headquarters Building is a building that will “look and feel like a Colorado building” and is the first phase of a multi-phase project in the RiNo District of Denver.

Bristlecone Construction Structures division completed 30,000 square feet of foundation for two buildings on caissons, one that has a structural steel frame and one that is precast concrete with topping slabs on both.

The project will be completed the third quarter of 2017.

The Beck Group is the General Contractor for the project.

Alto Apartments is an affordable living development made of up 1, 2 and 3 bedroom units totaling 70-units. The project is located near a Transit Oriented Development station, making the location easily accessible to downtown Denver, grocery stores, schools, medical facilities and more. 

Bristlecone Construction Structures division completed the 46,000 sf post tension podium for a new multi-family complex in Westminster, Colorado.

The foundation system is caissons with grade beams walls columns and some structural slabs on void. 

Swinerton Builders is the General Contractor for the project. 

The project will be completed in October 2017.

The Sloan’s Lake Flats Project has been designed for young professionals in terms of location and unit size. The project features 82-micro units, 44 below grade parking spaces and 6,000 sf of retail on the first floor.  

Bristlecone Structures provided turnkey concrete construction of a 17,000 sf  2-story podium for a new multi-family development. 

The project will be completed in summer 2017.

Bristlecone Construction served as the General Contractor for the first phase of the historic renovation project in the heart of downtown Denver.

The project started off with the demolition of the existing spaces and followed with the renovation of the retail facade, basements and the 17th street lobby. in order to complete this project, structural floor infills were needed to add square footage to the existing retail space, new grease ducts were installed for the existing restaurants and all new electrical gear and connections serving the building were installed. 

Phase 1 was completed in five months.

Bristlecone Construction served as the General Contractor and was responsible for the complete demolition and renovation of a 4,000 square foot historic building in the heart of downtown Littleton. Most of the renovations occurred on the interior of the building except for the replacement of the front and rear facades.

The building was divided into two spaces, one side housing a restaurant and the other housing an office space. 

The project took 12 weeks to complete.

Bristlecone Construction received the Outstanding Achievement Award for restoring the exterior of a portion of the historic Culp Block to its original appearance.

Observatory Flats, Dublin Development's latest project, is a new, 5-story for sale condo project in the University of Denver neighborhood.

Observatory Flats will feature a fitness center and rooftop deck overlooking the DU campus with views of Downtown Denver and the Front Range.

The condos at Observatory Flats range from 600 to 1000 square feet and will feature quartz countertops and stainless steel appliances with prices starting in the low $300,000s.

The project will be completed late 2018.
