Bristlecone Construction will break ground on May 21st for Dublin Development's new 5-story, 57-unit condominium building in the Highland Park neighborhood of Denver. The building will total 78,000 square feet and will feature a wood frame with one level of concrete and an underground parking garage.

Bristlecone will complete the framing and concrete packages for the new development. The project is slated for completion Q2 of 2019.

The 5-story building will have 44 for sale units and 4,200 square feet of ground floor retail / community serving space for the Lower highland neighborhood.

Bristlecone Construction was selected by the Columbine Knolls Recreation District to replace the existing 53 year old pool building. 

The new building will include a family bathroom and a community room in addition to update including locker rooms, conference rooms, administration offices and snack bar.

The project began in September 2017 using design/build method and was completed mid-May of 2018.

The Catalyst Headquarters Building is a building that will “look and feel like a Colorado building” and is the first phase of a multi-phase project in the RiNo District of Denver.

Bristlecone Construction Structures division completed 30,000 square feet of foundation for two buildings on caissons, one that has a structural steel frame and one that is precast concrete with topping slabs on both.

The project will be completed the third quarter of 2017.

The Beck Group is the General Contractor for the project.

The mixed-use project will feature a 3-story commercial building with retail on the ground level and office space on the second and third floors. 58 surface parking spaces will be included.

Generation Development’s latest project is a 29-unit, new luxury apartment building 1300 N. Ogden, Denver, CO. The project will integrate the existing  1930’s car shop with the new structure.

This project will feature a 5-story luxury podium structure mixing one, two and three bedroom for sale condominiums. The largest unit will be 2,400 square feet.

Special project features include:
- Rooftop deck
- Existing garage will turn into a parking garage
- Wood framed construction with metal panel siding and stucco
- Top is the penthouse with high end finishes

Bristlecone Structures will complete concrete and framing for the project in addition to providing General Contracting Services.

Jefferson Park Apartments is a new, 72-unit, 5-story multifamily development within the proximity of the popular Highlands Neighborhood. Adams Development, a local residential and mixed use developer, alongside Bristlecone Construction is committed to creating creative living spaces and finishes unique to the market.
 
Featuring beam and lagging shoring for below grade parking structure, the first floor will feature high end retail with two additional floors of market rate apartments complete with a spectacular rooftop deck. This project features an almost full brick veneer façade with an extensive scaffolding package to keep the public safe in this downtown environment while keeping our crews productive.

Bristlecone Construction served as the General Contractor for the first phase of the historic renovation project in the heart of downtown Denver. 

The first phase was a full MEP overhaul of the 4-story building. The building was kept fully occupied during the construction. 

The second phase included a full demo and TI for the basement level retail tenants and building amenity areas. New office spaces were added to the building and the basement floor was lowered to increase the ceiling height.  During this phase, structural bridge infills were added for square footage to existing restaurants and enclosed the garden level to activate the space for new tenant spaces. 

The third phase of the project will update the streetscape. This will include a full activation and restoration of Market Street where the sidewalk will be expanded for new restaurant patios and new landscaping and structural repairs will complete the project.

Bristlecone Construction is providing pre-construction services for the renovation of the 13-story, 252-unit senior living apartment building. The project will reduce the number of units to 249 and will upgrade to include through wall air conditioning, vinyl plank floors, blinds, a coat closet, storage closet refrigerator, stove / oven and disposal. 

The building’s entrance, lobby, communal areas will also be renovated to support the tenants’ activities. 

Construction is anticipated to begin in the third quarter of 2018.

Observatory Flats, Dublin Development's latest project, is a new, 5-story for sale condo project in the University of Denver neighborhood.

Observatory Flats will feature a fitness center and rooftop deck overlooking the DU campus with views of Downtown Denver and the Front Range.

The condos at Observatory Flats range from 600 to 1000 square feet and will feature quartz countertops and stainless steel appliances with prices starting in the low $300,000s.

The project will be completed late 2018.

Humboldt Condos is a new multi-family project in City Park West. It features two 5-story buildings totaling 100 units. The units are considered micro units (approx. 325 sf each) designed for high efficiency living and maximize living space. The new building also includes 2,400 sf of ground floor retail and restaurant space. 

Bristlecone Construction’s framing division completed 40,000 sf framing in addition to siding, Tyvek and windows.

Alliance Construction Solutions developed the new permanent housing community in Capitol Hill. The six-story project will have 50-units to house homeless individuals. The new building houses a manager’s apartment, laundry facilities, a dining room and computer lab.

Bristlecone Structures provided turn-key concrete construction of a 1-level podium approx. 11,000 square foot building footprint for a new multi-family development.

The Element Hotel will be located in the Golden Triangle district near the Denver Justice Center’s  parking Garage and will feature 157 extended stay guest rooms within the seven-story building. The building will house a fitness center, conference room, bar/lounge, outdoor patio and parking garage entrance on the first floor. The top floor will also have an outdoor terrace and conference center. The hotel will be completed in late 2018.

Bristlecone Structures provided turnkey concrete construction of a 2-level podium approximately 26,000 square foot building footprint for a new hotel.

The renovation and expansion of the existing hospital in Thornton, CO has greatly improved the patient experience.The lobby, corridors and medical rooms were renovated to make the hospital more functional.

Seattle-based Unico Properties recently developed this mixed-use project near Platte Street and the Highland Bridge. The four-story, 90,000 square foot building includes retail, office and parking.

Bristlecone Structures completed installation of reinforcing steel for the concrete structure as well as labor only to place and finish 173,000 square feet of concrete topping slabs and slabs on grade.

Swinerton Builders was the General Contractor for the project.

Rocky Mountain Communities and The Delores Project are teaming up on a two-building project called Arroyo Village. The project will feature 130 low-income apartment units near the Knox Light Rail Station. The total cost of the project is set for $18m and will replace two existing low-income and temporary housing complexes. A portion of the building will be used as a women’s shelter.

Bristlecone Structures will complete the $2.3m concrete package for the project. Bristlecone’s scope of work includes a 40,000 footprint with iso-footings and a PT Podium.
